Acceptance of the quote implies having read and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein. Unless otherwise stated, the booking is considered completed if guaranteed by credit card or deposit. If, after 3 days from the booking, this is still pending guarantees, it will be cancelled without any obligation to notify the structure.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by using the “cancellation request” button available in your reserved area.
Cancellation 5 days before arrival is free of charge;
Cancellation from 4 days before arrival incurs a penalty of 30% of the amount of the stay;
Cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival incurs a penalty of 100% of the amount of the stay.
In the event of a NON-REFUNDABLE change or cancellation of the booking, a penalty of 100% of the amount of the stay will be charged following confirmation of the booking.
In case of cancellation within the terms provided, the refund of the deposit will be made by bank transfer, therefore it will be necessary to inform us by email of the bank details.
CHANGE OF DATES OF STAY
In the event of a change of dates, the price of the stay will be adjusted to the rate in effect on the day of the change request. A change of dates may only be requested if the booking has been made directly with the facility and communicated to it necessarily by e-mail to email@example.com.
No deposit will be requested at the time of booking, but a credit card as a guarantee, on which pre-authorisation of 30% of the stay will be made 6 days prior to arrival.
The pre-authorisation does not constitute payment: the amount indicated will be temporarily frozen on the account, in order to make it available for collection by the property in the event of a late cancellation charge.
The balance of the entire amount of the stay will be requested upon arrival.
30% of the amount will be requested as a deposit upon confirmation of the reservation. The balance of the entire stay, less the deposit already paid, will be requested upon arrival.
Payment of 100% of the amount of the stay will be requested upon booking. The amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation.
Within 2 days prior to arrival, it is necessary to complete the online check-in via the link sent by the campsite, entering the personal data of all the members. It is recommended to register the car number plate in order to have access to the car park.
The balance of the stay must be settled upon arrival or, in any case, no later than the following day. No price reductions are allowed in the event of late arrival or early departure.
Pets are only allowed in certain types of accommodation, in the case of bookings where their presence is not permitted, where their presence has not been declared, the Management reserves the right to assign a suitable accommodation according to availability.
Visitor’s tax is not included in the quote, it will be calculated at the client’s registration after arrival and will be payable locally.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION
Consumption of water, electricity gas.
Entrance to the swimming pool, use of the five-a-side football, tennis and beach volleyball fields during opening hours; an additional charge will be made for use of the fields at night.
Beach service from the day of arrival to the day of the last overnight stay with one beach umbrella and two sunbeds at the Eugenio bathing establishment in Numana, which can be reached by the village’s private shuttle bus.
First supply of bed linen and towels.
Initial and final cleaning of accommodation.
Parking space in car park (one per accommodation).
Wi-Fi (up to 500 mb/day).
EXTRA SERVICES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST (involves an additional payment)
Air conditioning € 1,00/hour, available in all accommodations.
Pet, one per accommodation at a cost of € 5,00 per day – not allowed in Mobil Home Glamour, Family Elegant and Superior, on the beach and at the pool.
Beach service on the day of departure (subject to availability).
Second car and/or parking space in the car park on the day of departure (subject to availability).
Entry to the booked accommodation is guaranteed from 16:00, however services will be available from 10:00 on the day of arrival.
Arrival after 8:00 p.m. without prior notice is considered a cancellation and the Management reserves the right to re-let the accommodation.
On the day of departure, the accommodation must be returned by 10:00 a.m., following the instructions that will be given to you.
Should the accommodation be left in a condition that requires extraordinary cleaning (fridge full and/or dirty, dishes and pots and pans to be washed, hob to be cleaned, rubbish to be disposed of) additional costs will be applied starting from €30.00.
In the event of damage caused to the accommodation, furnishings or equipment, penalties in proportion to the damage caused will be applied.
Vehicles are only allowed in the village on arrival and departure days to facilitate the unloading and loading of luggage, from 8am to 12.30pm and from 4pm to 11.30pm.
The car park is accessible 24/H after registration of the licence plate number.
Silence runs from 13:00 until 16:00 and from midnight until 8:00.
The beaches of Sirolo can be reached on foot, via paths accessible from the centre of Sirolo, or by municipal shuttle bus whose stop is right in front of the Green Garden entrance.
The bathing establishment Eugenio, on the other hand, is located along the Numana coastline, about 1.5 km from the village, to which it is connected by shuttle bus. All village stays include 1 beach umbrella + 2 sunbeds + shuttle service from the morning of the day of arrival to the evening of the last overnight stay. On the day of departure, the service is not included.
The coastline is mainly made up of fine gravel and rounded pebbles; some bays, especially the most attractive ones, are characterised by the presence of rocks. The seabed tends to become deeper as you move a few metres away from the shoreline; this and the presence of a rocky bottom make the water cleaner and clearer.
Located in a strategic position, halfway between the centres of Sirolo and Numana, from the Green Garden you can easily get around on foot. In about 10 minutes (500m), you can reach the centre of the two villages and easily access all the surrounding services (supermarkets, bars and restaurants, shops, etc.).
Access to the village by car is only permitted on the day of arrival and departure, from 8:00 to 13:00. and from 16:00 to 00:00. Once you have unloaded your luggage, you can enter and leave the car park at any time without driving through the village. Pedestrian access is open 24/7. All services are available from the morning of the day of arrival, while accommodation is not guaranteed before 16:00. On the day of departure you must leave the village by 10:00 and the services linked to your stay will no longer be available.
The pool is open from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 15.30 to 19.00. Swimming caps are compulsory. The sports fields are open from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 00:00. The beach service is available all day, and the shuttle bus runs frequently depending on the season, from 9:00 to 19:00, with a 2-hour break at lunchtime.
Pets are welcome at the Green Garden Village, with some restrictions: they are not allowed in the swimming pool area and must always be on a leash. The village has a dedicated area called the “doggy garden” where they can freely stretch their paws in total safety.
Dogs are not allowed on the beaches.
We recommend that you pick up after your pet out of respect for all our guests.
